Keith is responsible for all the design and drawings at KM Custom and with his knowledge and expertise is capable of advising, helping and problem-solving, from which all our customers benefit.

From cast to billet

As most engineers know, the ability to copy a cast component out of solid metal requires considerable skill and expertise. This is one of Keith's specialities.

Our main activities include tool manufacture, Prototype and Batch Machining, together with Light Fabrication. By their very nature these require positive reaction to a short lead-time and we are aware of the importance of product presentation. An essential ingredient to our high value service is our back-up support. Customer care is our highest priority and our commitment to this is constantly monitored.

Screw CuttingWe offer in-house: Turning, Milling, Welding (Alloy, Stainless-Steel & Mild Steel); we will co-ordinate the whole job. We have also built up our own network of approved quality sub-contractors capable of providing Heat Treatments, Surface Treatments (Painting, Honing, Grinding and Plating), Wire Cutting, Spark Erosion and many more processes.
